Confirms the reason for employment in the Czech Republic, position, working conditions and employer. Used when considering documents by competent authorities.
2. Identity documents
International passport and other documents confirming the identity of the applicant. Necessary for identification and verification of information by official institutions of the Czech Republic.
3. Confirmation of residence
A document confirming the availability of housing for the period of stay in the Czech Republic. This may be a rental agreement, confirmation from the owner of the housing or another document in accordance with the requirements of the procedure.
4. Documents on education or qualifications
Diplomas, certificates or other documents confirming professional education or work experience, if they are required for the relevant position and category of employment.
The type of each document is determined on a case-by-case basis during the review of the case.
